Aspire has included the rear 120mm exhaust fan in a color that goes well with the case. The I/O shield is pretty standard and held in place with a screw. The PCI slots have break-away covers. I prefer to have a screw-on cover for each PCI slot so that I don't have a gap in the rear of my case down the road, but this will work.
