The 550 remote is a solid, well design and functions like a dream. The setup can be a little boring and takes a little time to get use to the software and some of the wording it gives to describe things is kind of fuzzy but once you get the thing setup and working it is the Mercedes Benz of remote controls and this thing isn't even the big bad boy of the group! They have a more feature packed one then this one. We feel that Logitech has done it again and we love them for doing so. the price is a little steep but for everything it can do and the looks, It will be hard not to whip out that credit card and charge it!
