This review is going to be taking a look at the Ultra Products X2 550W power supply unit. This product is an update to the original X-Connect series of power supplies and is definitely worth a bit of our time. Though the market is now flooded with modular power supplies and the X-Connects have subsequently lost much of their cachet, the performance in the last review and their cool design should make this an interesting product. The X2 has a number of changes from the old models, including improved modular connectors, a single 120mm fan, and a higher output.
