PCA has a new review up on a low-profile, high performance Socket 775 CPU cooler from Cooler Master named the Hyper L3. The Hyper L3 utilizes the highly efficient heatpipe design employed by many newer coolers. Here is a snip from the review:

"The Hyper L3 is a low profile heatpipe heatsink for the 775 Intel socket for a low price. With three heat pipes to aid in the removal of heat this should be an interesting product from Cooler Master. With a quality 92mm fan the noise levels should low as well as the temps."
