On first looks, you’ll notice that the Steelpad 4D is extreme thin at only 2.5mm in thickness (1/10 inch). The size of the Steelpad 4D is 290mm x 267mm which is quite huge but this shouldn’t be a problem thanks to its 2.5mm thickness. Unlike other hardcore thick mouse pads, the thin profile is an advantage for those with a smaller area to work with. For us, this is an advantage as it snugs in nicely under our keyboard on our pull-out keyboard board.
