Just like in Chaos Theory, Sam has multiple objectives to complete. Most of them are optional and can affect the Trust Meter. You DO NOT need to finish all the Opportunity objectives but you still need to make an Opposing objective. Unlike previous SC games, Double Agent uses a brand new version of the hacking mini-game. Instead of trying to hack numerical numbers, you are trying to hack digital neuro-waves.
