Alienware has long-positioned itself as the gamer’s OEM. They were one of the first and most successful companies to tap the market for high-end gaming systems, and they remain one of the most recognized brand names in the landscape. Even folks who don’t know about gaming know the Alienware name. This is our first single 7950 GT–equipped machine we’ve had in the office, so we’ll be curious to see how it stacks up to the more robust 7950 GX2’s we’ve seen in the Falcon Northwest FragBox II and the Hypersonic Sonic Boom OCX.
