I bet you've never seen an iPAQ like this. The HP iPAQ Voice Messenger 51X is HP's first phone-first smartphone, the first retail US phone to combine cellular and Wi-Fi calling built in, and the first retail device I've seen running Windows Mobile 6 Standard Edition. It isn't the greatest smartphone out there, but don't worry. Chances are you won't be buying it with your own money anyway.
