Boasting bargain basement prices with large cash rebates, it admittedly even impresses yours truly, albeit only price wise. Performance however, is different thing altogether that we have to investigate thoroughly. So without further delays, we take a look at Dell's workhorse notebook - the Inspiron 6400 series which has now been buffed up with Intel Core 2 Duo processor upgrades.
