Thanks to the high resolution lens, it's actually fun and useful to use webcams these days. Back when webcams were first introduced, the quality was terrible, and the concept of doing video conferencing with such poor cameras was a joke. Not anymore, though. Take the Logitech QuickCam Ultra Vision, for instance. It's a 1.3-megapixel camera combined with Logitech's in-house RightLight 2 technology and an excellent exterior.
