It is time that Rockstar Games quit milking GTA3 for all it is worth, and just move onto the next game, GTA4. This is basically just Vice City rewrapped into a shiny new package for the PSP owners, but for a PS2 game it is about average. Don't get me wrong, I'm a huge fan of the series, but there’s only so many times that the exact same thing can be done over and over before you need huge changes to save the series. I will say that I am glad they have not cowered at the face of all the lawsuits the GTA series gets brought against it, and left the violence level high, as the series is known for.
