C&C3 sets a precedent by giving different system requirements for running the game under Windows XP and Windows Vista, but in practice the Vista requirements also apply for XP. Even at minimum settings the game takes eats up around 500MB of memory, so 768MB of RAM is a realistic minimum for running the game on XP, even though the publisher claims 512MB.
