The BTF90 consists of an effectively 8 heat pipe design with four on each side being wrapped around the base. Covering this is a large copper tower with plenty of space in-between the fins with one side fitted with a Silent UFO bearing fan. The fan adjusts from 750-2500rpm roughly but for the most part runs at 1500rpm. While larger than the stock heatsink shouldn't have any problem fitting in cases or getting in the way of motherboard capacitors as with some of the incredibly large heatsinks such as the Tuniq Tower. It measures in at 5.04x3.19x4.25 inches and weighs in at 678g.
