Whisper Rock IV Review
Posted on by LSDsmurf
The Whisper Rock IV CPU cooler from Spire is a great mid range cooler for many reasons. One of these reasons is because its heatsink is very functional, and is visually appealing at the same time. Another one of these reasons is because the Whisper Rock’s fan is extremely quiet. It also does a good job of keeping CPU temps down.
