Pioneer delivers the first ever DVD burner with Blu-Ray playback ability. The fast "low" price of $300 makes the drive very appealing to users who wish to built a home theater PC with the lower possible cost. As a DVD burner, its performance was good, and overall it earns our "Editor's Choice Award".
