Today we take a look at the new Ultra ChillTEC heatsink and fan combo, which upon first glance just appears to be another enormous air-cooled solution. However take a quick glance at the spec sheet and you will soon realise there is more to this product than meets the eye. The ChillTEC is in fact a thermo electronic cooler, making this a stand out product amongst the swarm of heatsinks already available. The Ultra ChillTEC is an impressive piece of hardware and although I never really had high hopes for this product, it has really proved itself worthy. There are a lot of remarkable aspects of the ChillTEC that make it such an impressive product, such as the easy installation process, high build quality and extreme performance. That said, we still feel there are a few aspects in which the ChillTEC could have been a little more polished. The biggest problem I have with the ChillTEC has to do with the fan.
