Despite a decent software complement the Toshiba Portégé G710 is a bit of a disappointment. It really wants to match the big boys from the major marques and does a pretty good job with the most difficult part - the keyboard and navigation controls are excellent. But when it comes to internal specifications, Toshiba has got it all wrong.
