Computers are growing more power hungry with each generation, SLI and Crossfire rigs with their multiple GPUs are the most power hungry of the bunch. Many of the current generation PSU are running in the almost 1k to 1k+ range. Cost, looks and marketing aren't good indicators of quality so how do you choose a PSU?
