Unfortunately the Extreme AH4870 TOP is not exactly the product we were hoping for from ASUS, and as I write this review we are yet to see evidence that our perfect Radeon HD 4870 exists yet. Already there are a few impressive looking Radeon HD 4850 graphics cards on the market that stray from the ATI reference design, and in fact ASUS offers such a card. However when it comes to the more powerful Radeon HD 4870, the options seem limited to one design and one design only.
