One specific case modification that has really become popular is the inclusion of Cold Cathode Fluorescent Light (CCFL) tubes. I hadn't fully appreciated the purpose of this type of modification in the past, however after receiving several UV products from Ultra Products, I can say without a doubt that this modification can make a PC stand out in the crowd.
