The Panasonic's flagship super-zoom the Lumix FZ18 was one of the highlights of last year, scoring a well-deserved Recommended award. It’s hard to upgrade such an excellent camera, apart from the expected increase in sensor resolution, but Panasonic has managed made a number of improvements, and the result is arguably now the best bridge camera on the market. Of course such excellence doesn’t come cheap.
