As a game in itself, 101 Puppy Pets in not that impressive; just imagine the puppy version of The Sims, only much more under-funded. If I had to imagine the budget that the programmers had, I actually have to say that I'm impressed with the final product. While this game will not keep me entertained for more then just a day, a kid will look at this ten dollar purchase as a very valuable treasure. I'm not here to tell you to let your kids play video games or not to; parenting is up to you. What I can tell you is that 101 Puppy Pets is not violent, it has no bad language, as a matter of fact, it is rated E - everyone by ESRB. As a matter of fact, this game might actually teach a kid how to treat a possible future pet.
