For under £130 the Z8612 IS promises a lot, with a 12x zoom Schneider-Kreuznach f/2.8-4.8 lens, 8.1-megapixel resolution, optical image stabilisation, 2.5-inch monitor and HD TV output. But can any camera this cheap really be any good?
