The two new K8 coolers from Thermaltake we looked at today each offer something a little different. The Silentboost 8 is a great cooler if you are looker for a decent cooler with out the bells and whistles. The Fan system o­n the Silentboost 8 is not too bad o­n the noise side o­nly producing 21dBA, yet still doing a very good job at keeping your machine cool. The Venus 12 is quite different from the Silentboost 8 this cooler has a minimum 21 dBA at and a maximum 48 dBA, with the variable speed fan which can also be set up with the smart fan technology o­n automatic.
