The Nikon CoolPix S230 is a 10-megapixel compact featuring a 3x zoom lens and a 3-inch touch-screen monitor. It has a strong all-metal body, and is finished to Nikon's traditionally high standard. At £190 it is expensive but the touch-screen does add some nice features.
