Samsung has jumped into the colour laser fray with their CLP-500 series printers. The higher end of the series, the CLP-550, is the model we're reviewing. Priced at an MSRP of $599.00, this printer is definitely priced with the budget conscious in mind. You’d hardly think "budget printer" when you see the list of features that include a built in duplexer, an LCD display, and a generous paper capacity. Add to that the rated speeds of 24ppm monochrome and 5ppm colour you certainly have a great package.
