When buying a set of case fans for your much loved rig, there are always two important factors which need to be considered: airflow and noise. Unfortunately it’s very rare to find a fan which truly performs greatly in both these requirements. However one such company, Noiseblocker, has designed the ‘XLP’ – a fan which boasts to meet both these demands.
