Typically games like these have at least some budget, but Subsoap completely boot-strapped with absolutely no budget to speak of. You wouldn’t know it though! Faerie Solitaire runs smooth and is clear and easy to play. The result is a game that makes you feel happy. Faerie Solitaire is long but fun – there aren’t any complicated power-ups and contrived game-changing variables getting in the way - and the goals of each level do progressively become more difficult. But really they are goals that are taken care of naturally through play, which means the levels are nearly impossible to lose, but more importantly are still fun. It’s a simple solitaire experience that sprinkles just the right amount of magic dust.
