How much storage do you really need? That question lacks a definitive answer, but you need to ask it before considering the latest addition to Netgear's ReadyNAS family. More space equates to higher prices, and in the case of the NVX, you're looking at the sort of money that would buy you a whole new Mac – not too surprising when you consider that this is a fully functional computer in its own right – with 4TB of storage to call on.
