Next, the notebook was placed on the notebook pad (off) and the temperature dropped by about 3 degrees Celsius at the exhaust and 6 degrees Celsius under the notebook. With the notebook pad powered on and fan running at maximum speed, the temperature at the exhaust dropped further by another 10 degrees! On the other hand, the temperature under the notebook dropped by another 4.5 degrees.
