Thermaltake has been a household name for over a decade, bringing us a range of hardware from cases and power supplies to smaller storage solutions, drive bays and accessories. One of their key departments has also been cooling solutions, as their name would imply, and their focus have span to both air and water coolers. They have produced some very interesting concepts in the past and it's always been good to see Thermaltake coming up with innovative designs to tackle the problem of heat, such as the SpinQ and the V1 AX. Although they may not have had the same success as other prolific manufacturers such as Noctua and Thermalright in recent times, Thermaltake hopes to change this with the Frio. The Frio is a standard tower cooler but as we are accustomed to see from Thermaltake, they introduce some innovative touches to differentiate their products from the vast array of coolers already on the market. More importantly, the cooler has been designed with overclocking in mind so we can expect to see some good results on our test bed.
