The Medis earphones have a very different design than most other earphones. The design requires the pads to be selected to fit your ears or else they will not fit very well and be very uncomfortable. The idea is pretty good as the earphone design pushes the sound toward your ear canal. In reality, the Medis don’t work as well as I’d hoped – at least on my ears. . .
