AMD Phenom II X6 1075T & X4 970 Review

The second half of our coverage of the new AMD Phenom II and Athlon II CPU launch this week concludes with our look at the AMD Phenom II X6 1075T and Phenom II X4 970 Black Edition processors. Both are intended to be the newest mid-range processors in AMD's six- and quad-core CPU productlines: the Phenom II X6 1075T is a 3GHz 45-nanometer Thuban CPU, while the latter is a quad-core Deneb CPU with an unlocked multiplier and the highest stock core clock yet for the Phenom II chip lineup.
