Noctua NH-U9B SE2 Review

Bigger is usually better when it comes to cooling, but it may not always be an option. With the NH-U9B SE2, Noctua gives users with limited room a solid performing cooler. Its smaller size as well as quiet operation makes it an ideal choice for HTPC users. The SE2 package comes with everything you need, from a screwdriver and thermal grease to Y-splitter and low noise adapters.
