It's no secret that Sonic has been out of sorts ever since Sega plucked him kicking and screaming out of the 2D world. With Sonic 4 the developer is returning to the tried and tested side scrolling format. In our review we take a look at the iPhone version to see if Sonic can make a successful transition to Apple's buttonless smartphone, and if the gameplay has been restored to the fast and furious Sonic of old.
