We’ve been throwing a lot of heavy hitters and quality power supplies on the test equipment lately. Some have proven to be quite worthy while others haven’t quite been up to par. Thermaltake wants a crack at our testing methodology and it promises to be a grand encounter.

This time around we are putting one of their finest power supplies under the scope to see if it is all it is cracked up to be on paper. The Toughpower Grand PSUs are touted as providing excellent voltage regulation and pure aesthetics. It is almost impossible to find a unit that can deliver on both ends as sacrifices are always made here and there. Perhaps Thermaltake can pull it off with the TPG-750.
