Usually when I see an HP desktop, I get a very “average” image in my mind. It’s mid to low-end components used to create a desktop computing machine for regular household or office jobs. In other words, utterly boring. So I was quite eager to see what HP had in store when they sent their Pavilion Elite HPE 430me PC to the Tbreak office.
