We've reviewed several pairs of Audio-Technica headphones over the past year and really enjoyed them. On paper, the ATH-AD700 look like they could be another winning set of cans from Audio-Technica, a highly reputable manufacturer of all things pro-sound. At just $150.00, the ATH-AD700 offer huge drivers in an open-backed, circum-aural (around the ear) design, but we're distressed to see the return of the "head paddles", a unique suspension system that we first met with during our review of the ATH-W5000 headphones.
