Aopen has a solid Athlon 64 motherboard in the AK86L. It has good stability and good documentation, but it does not have as many features as most AMD based Aopen boards have had in the recent past. Hopefully Aopen can ratchet up performance a bit, and offer a model with improved features. If you are looking for a solid Athlon 64 motherboard for a low cost and don't mind not having a board loaded with options then take a look at the AK86L from Aopen.
