Netgear RangeMax DGND3300 Review

Inside the casing of the Netgear RangeMax DGND3300, you'll find two Broadcom Wi-Fi chips, a cache chip and two more chips hidden under heatshields that presumably handle ADSL2+ and Ethernet. The wireless arrangement is unusual, as there are separate 2.4GHz and 5GHz radios, so the two networks exist side by side instead of switching from one to the other. This results in the curious claim of a maximum throughput of 270Mbps, rather than the more usual 150Mbps or 300Mbps.
