TBreak says this PCIe card delivers the full USB 3.0 speed, but complains about the high price tag.

"USB 3.0 is slowly starting to become the norm, yet most of the newer motherboards I have reviewed will carry on 2 or 4 USB 3.0 ports. On very high-end boards I’ll see some extra ports, but the total number never exceeded 6 ports in total for USB 3.0. Obviously not everyone started building a PC from mid-2010 onwards when USB 3.0 supported motherboards flooded the market. For those amongst us who are happy with their existing setup, but would still like to savor USB 3.0 speeds, Buffalo has us covered."
