Our CPU Cooler test bench features a nice and toasty 140 Watt CPU (Intel i7 920 LGA 1366) which is the same CPU we've used for numerous reviews and provides us with a nice and even playing field to compare coolers against each other. The HPL-815 is honestly not a great choice for this CPU and as you saw in the testing it was barely able to keep up with it. . .
