AMD today introduces the Phenom II X4 980 Black Edition, its new quad-core flagship CPU that still uses the aging Deneb CPU architecture. Yet it's AMD fastest stock quad-core yet at 3.7GHz, while retaining at 125W TDP, all for $195 USD.
