HIS X700Pro IceQ (PCI-E) card Review

One of the included items in the HIS X700Pro package was Hightech's own overclocking software. The interface is great and very easy to use, and it worked very well. Not only can you adjust the clock and memory speeds, but you can also manually adjust the fan speed.
