XTrac's Hammer mouse pad has become a very nice addition to my desk that I don't plan on replacing any time soon. The large surface area has allowed me to drop the sensitivity level and work much more accurately with larger, more comfortable motions. The thin profile has reduced wrist strain considerably as my wrist is no longer flangeed up uncomfortably due to a raised surface. The surface is slick and nearly frictionless, and responds well to aftermarket items made to reduce friction even further
