A lot of the cooler reviews you see here focus on high end CPU coolers - models aimed for gaming and or extreme over-clocking for example. Reviews for budget priced coolers are fewer and far between because an inexpensive CPU cooler doesn't need a good review to obtain good sales, it's low price will sell it.
