Here today I have the Microsoft Touch Mouse - although it isn't the first touch mouse on the market, it's certainly one of the sleekest looking ones. Designed to integrate with Windows 7, the Touch Mouse even supports multi-touch features, allowing you to use one, two or even three fingers to control a variety of functions in the Windows operating system. I'm all about finding a way to do more with less and am excited to see if the features of the Touch Mouse will being as practical in use as they are written on the box.
