With various new forms of media for audio and video becoming popular, it's not unusual to record something in one medium and want to transfer it to a different one. The Dazzle Digital Video Creator aims to let users transfer their old home movies and video tapes onto a computer, from which they can be burned to CD or DVD. Kevin Bailey takes a look at the device...and finds that it doesn't work quite as well as advertised.
