Motorola announced the Motorola Defy Mini here at CES, and we got a chance to test out the rugged entry-level phone that's sparse on features and small in stature. The most noticeable feature of the Defy Mini is, well, how Mini it is. It comes with a tiny 3.2-inch HVGA touchscreen.
