Just a day earlier I had struggled with my son's PC o­nly to find that his problems came from a faulty power supply. It took me about 30 minutes to figure that out and o­nly then because I noticed it was too hot to the touch. I happened to have a brand new PSU still in the box. I installed the new o­ne and the problems were gone. In other words, I got lucky. If o­nly I had this tester then it would have saved me 29 minutes!
